With this extension, you can block posts from or mentioning these people or groups for a certain amount of time. This way, you can keep your Facebook feed from getting cluttered.
As you can see in the screenshots, this extension displays the number of posts that were removed and the number of posts in general. Moreover, you can turn Faceblock off and on from the user interface.
